Britney Spears Earns Raves as a Dance Teacher
Britney Spears headed back into the dance studio Tuesday night to teach a class of 15 children. And her pint-sized pupils are singing her praises. "I like Britney,” 5-year-old Elissa Bouganim, who has taken three classes with the pop star, tells PEOPLE. “Today, first we were dancing slow, and then faster and faster …. Then we did the fish-move and lots of other fun things." The troubled 26-year-old has become a semi-regular instructor at the Millennium Dance Complex in the past month – as she has settled into an uncharacteristically quiet routine overseen by her dad Jamie. "It's just amazing to watch Britney with the kids," says Elissa's mom, Pam. "Elissa won't stop dancing now, that's all she wants to do. Britney has really inspired her." In fact, Elissa has grown so fond of her new teacher, she even gave Spears a gift during Tuesday's class. "It was a picture of [Peter Pan's] Tinkerbell," she says. "And she gave me a hug." These days, Elissa would be happy if Spears taught all her classes. "Britney is nice," she says. "I want to dance with Britney all the time because it's so much fun."

Jamie Spears is Being Paid to be Britney's Conservator
Jamie Spears is going to be paid $2,500 per week to act as conservator for his daughter Britney's estate, according to the minute order obtained today by PageSix.com. He is allowed to lease one vehicle, and the funds have been released to pay medical expert Dr. Judith Armstrong her $4,000 retainer.
The court order released this afternoon also states that Samuel Ingham, the probate volunteer panel attorney (who testified last month that Britney wasn't mentally competent to retain counsel) is to receive compensation of $58,000 for his services.
Additionally, the court order states that Britney's not to have any contact with her former pal Sam Lutfi.

Is Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy turning into a crisis situation? With mother Lynne Spears out of town taking care of Britney, the 16-year-old turned to the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Southwest Mississippi for help on Friday. According to a family insider, Jamie Lynn is frustrated that her mother is focusing so much of her energy on her older sister. "Jamie Lynn wants her parents to stop babying Britney," the source says. "It is stressful for Lynne and Jamie because they know Britney is in trouble and they want Jamie Lynn to understand it."
But the stress doesn't end there for Jamie Lynn. She has been suffering from extreme bouts of morning sickness, a family insider tells PageSix.com. "Lynne was having her take ginger root for a while, but it has not helped [with the nausea]. Then her doctor had her take pills and she sucks on those pregi-pops," which are a natural morning sickness aid that seem to be helping. No Break-Up for Britney and Adnan
Britney Spears visited a Beverly Hills medical clinic escorted by her father Jaime and a bodyguard earlier this afternoon. We’re not sure what kind of doctor Britney visited, but it won’t help quell the pregnancy rumors one bit despite the fact that she is NOT pregnant. Oh well, whatcha gonna do? We’ve got some additional photos and a video of Britney’s exit from earlier today. And thanks to everyone who has called, emailed and commented on the earlier reports on the rumored breakup of Britney and Adnan. You should be happy to know that they have NOT broken up and are doing well. Nothing, not even a restraining order, will keep Sam Lutfi away from Britney Spears. The pop star's former pal, who was formally served with papers two weeks ago, is fighting back and has enlisted the help of none other than Brit herself to overturn the restraining order.According to a News of the World report, Sam, who's banned from going within 250 yards of the pop star, contacted Britney via a third party to sway the 26-year-old back on his side."I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her," Sam reportedly said. "I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her." We've been hearing rumblings for a good week now that something EXPLOSIVE is going to happen in the Britney conservatorship/Sam Lutfi restraining order legal mess. Sam's spokesman Michael Sands -- who also happens to be the spokesman for the attorney Britney apparently retained, John Eardley -- quotes Eardley as saying:"I have uncovered explosive evidence that will shock the world. If so much as a hair on Britney Spears' head is harmed, I will hold everyone who has anything to do with Britney, personally liable and the people involved will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I will leave no stone unturned!"Meanwhile, News of the World reports that Britney will be the star witness in a hearing set for March 17 in which she and her attorney Eardley will try to overturn the restraining order obtained by her family, against Sam Lutfi.The report says Britney will present evidence against her parents and that Sam will argue Britney is getting drugs from "other visitors" -- visitors other than whom, we're not sure. There have hardly been any visitors other than Britney's parents and Adnan.So will this hearing happen and will Britney take the stand???Perhaps the larger question is whether Eardley is even able to legally represent Britney. Because Brit's father was named conservator, that would suggest that the court has found her unable to retain her own council and, in fact, not authorized to do so.

Here's your daily Britney Spears update! Britney's really getting her life back on track. She spent the morning with her kids and when her boys left she went to a medical building in Beverly Hills escorted by her dad, Jamie Spears. When Britney got out of the car at the medical building, she seemed sorta scared and told the paps "My father’s gonna get mad everybody.” Britney’s dad definitely has her on check.

Apparently Britney told everyone the items were for her boys, but a source said, "None of the items could have been mistaken for being purchased for the two kids Britney already has." So what did they pick up? Some Organic baby blankets by designer robbieadrian.com, towels and pajamas--all in light blue. Petit Tresor is like the Ivy of baby stores. Britney Spears apparently got into a HUGE fight with her pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib after she found text messages from other women on his iPhone. According to The Sun, Britney got so pissed that she threw his phone in the pool. Britney reportedly grew suspicious after she saw two separate video clips of Adnan out and about with other women. When she confronted him about it, he tried to win her heart over but that’s when she took his phone and saw text messages that he should have probably erased. “Britney lost it and started yelling.“She was demanding to know who sent the texts and shouting, ‘What’s this about? Jamie Lynn's Nursery: Blue for Boy!
Sources confirm to PageSix.com that Jamie Lynn Spears is carrying a baby boy!
The Nickelodeon star's big sis Britney was spotted grabbing gifts for the new little guy at luxe baby boutique Petit Tresor in West Hollywood. PageSix.com has learned that the shop will outfit her nursery as well.
The junior starlet has set her sights on an ocean theme for her unborn son's first bedroom, and has purchased around $7,000 of "very basic" furniture.
The room will feature classic pieces like a round crib, standard changing table and an armoire, all in white.
"This is the most fun I've had shopping in a long time," Jamie Lynn said, according to our spies.
MSNBC reports that Brit picked up organic blankies from Robbie Adrian ($116 each), favorites of stars like Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Lopez.
It's lot of shopping for a girl who should have ample hand-me-downs from big sis Britney, mom to two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. When will grandma Lynn get a break from the Y chromosome?

And in the afternoon, Brit Brit was accompanied by her poppa and savior, Jamie, to a medical facility.
It's SO nice to see that now Spears is not nervously biting her nails anymore.
It's EVEN NICER to see that Britney is keeping up with her medical treatment.

Wearing a white, flowy dress, Britney walked Sean Preston and Jayden James out to Kevin's car before saying goodbye.
