Britney Spears visited a Beverly Hills medical clinic escorted by her father Jaime and a bodyguard earlier this afternoon. We’re not sure what kind of doctor Britney visited, but it won’t help quell the pregnancy rumors one bit despite the fact that she is NOT pregnant. Oh well, whatcha gonna do? We’ve got some additional photos and a video of Britney’s exit from earlier today. And thanks to everyone who has called, emailed and commented on the earlier reports on the rumored breakup of Britney and Adnan. You should be happy to know that they have NOT broken up and are doing well. Trust me folks, the rumors are only going to get worse as magazine and agencies try to stir stuff up stuff in order to sell more mags and photos.

Sam Lutfi Ready to Fight Restraining Order

Nothing, not even a restraining order, will keep Sam Lutfi away from Britney Spears. The pop star's former pal, who was formally served with papers two weeks ago, is fighting back and has enlisted the help of none other than Brit herself to overturn the restraining order.According to a News of the World report, Sam, who's banned from going within 250 yards of the pop star, contacted Britney via a third party to sway the 26-year-old back on his side."I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her," Sam reportedly said. "I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her." That's hard to believe based on Lynne Spears' testimony for the restraining order, in which she revealed Sam had been secretly drugging Brit and controlling every aspect of her life. But in Sam's mind, that doesn't warrant a restraining order, and he's prepared to "fight all the way" to regain access to Britney, his spokesman Michael Sands says."Sam is a good guy who does not agree with this restraining order," he says.The 33-year-old is ready to duke it out in court in a March 17 hearing, where he'll claim Britney had access to drugs from other visitors in her home and fears her life is being taken over by her dad and co-conservator of her assets, Jamie Spears.And as for Brit? Is A Britney Bomb Coming?!

We've been hearing rumblings for a good week now that something EXPLOSIVE is going to happen in the Britney conservatorship/Sam Lutfi restraining order legal mess. Sam's spokesman Michael Sands -- who also happens to be the spokesman for the attorney Britney apparently retained, John Eardley -- quotes Eardley as saying:"I have uncovered explosive evidence that will shock the world. If so much as a hair on Britney Spears' head is harmed, I will hold everyone who has anything to do with Britney, personally liable and the people involved will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I will leave no stone unturned!"Meanwhile, News of the World reports that Britney will be the star witness in a hearing set for March 17 in which she and her attorney Eardley will try to overturn the restraining order obtained by her family, against Sam Lutfi.The report says Britney will present evidence against her parents and that Sam will argue Britney is getting drugs from "other visitors" -- visitors other than whom, we're not sure. There have hardly been any visitors other than Britney's parents and Adnan.So will this hearing happen and will Britney take the stand???Perhaps the larger question is whether Eardley is even able to legally represent Britney. Because Brit's father was named conservator, that would suggest that the court has found her unable to retain her own council and, in fact, not authorized to do so.

Brit's Comeback: One Step at a Time

Britney Spears is getting serious about her comeback.
I got word over the weekend that she’s reached out to a former collaborator, dancer Leo Moctezuma. According to a source, the two spoke on the phone last week, but they didn’t get into details about any one particular project.
“They’re supposed to talk again this week,” my source said.
Moctezuma was a dancer on two Spears tours: Dream Within a Dream and Onyx Hotel. He also worked on her videos for the singles “Overprotected,” “I’m a Slave 4 U” and “Me Against the Music.”

Britney Spears apparently got into a HUGE fight with her pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib after she found text messages from other women on his iPhone. According to The Sun, Britney got so pissed that she threw his phone in the pool. Britney reportedly grew suspicious after she saw two separate video clips of Adnan out and about with other women. Sources confirm to PageSix.com that Jamie Lynn Spears is carrying a baby boy!
The Nickelodeon star's big sis Britney was spotted grabbing gifts for the new little guy at luxe baby boutique Petit Tresor in West Hollywood. PageSix.com has learned that the shop will outfit her nursery as well.
The junior starlet has set her sights on an ocean theme for her unborn son's first bedroom, and has purchased around $7,000 of "very basic" furniture.
The room will feature classic pieces like a round crib, standard changing table and an armoire, all in white.
"This is the most fun I've had shopping in a long time," Jamie Lynn said, according to our spies.
MSNBC reports that Brit picked up organic blankies from Robbie Adrian ($116 each), favorites of stars like Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Lopez.
It's lot of shopping for a girl who should have ample hand-me-downs from big sis Britney, mom to two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. When will grandma Lynn get a break from the Y chromosome?
Jamie Lynn is reportedly due in late May. Reps for Jamie Lynn did not return calls for comment.

What happened????
Well, it seems like Miz Spears discovered some racy text messages on Ghalib's phone….that weren't sent from her!

In a perfect storm of pop music, Britney Spears and Heidi Montag appear on the same song, titled "Dramatic," and the song is already creating its own drama.

Brit's Back Behind the Wheel

It feels as like it's been years since Britney Spears was a constant fixture on the roads of Los Angeles, tooling around aimlessly for hours between Malibu, Beverly Hills and every luxury hotel, Starbucks and fast-food joint in-between. But it looks like the salad days are over for the L.A. traffic police, as the singer appears to gradually be getting her driving privileges back.

On Saturday night, Brit was back behind the steering wheel for her first solo drive in weeks. Hoever it should be noted that the pop superstar wasn't completely alone, as a security detail maintained a close eye on her in a separate vehicle the entire time. This came two days after her father Jamie Spears had allowed Britney to drive the car while he sat (possibly with clenched fists) in the passenger seat.

Until this past weekend, Brit had not driven a car since Feb. 6, the day she was released from UCLA Medical Center and immediately hooked up with boyfriend Adnan Ghalib to lead a phalanx of paparrazzi around Los Angeles before dead-ending at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where her father called an end to the freewheeling festivities.

This drive also reunited Britney with the Mercedes-Benz she abandoned with a flat tire in the middle of a busy Los Angeles street in early January.

Two UCLA psychiatrists paid Britney Spears a house call at her Beverly Hills residence Saturday afternoon, one week after a court commissioner granted the "Baby One More Time" songstress permission to see sons Sean Preston and Jayden James for the first time since Jan. 3.

News that Spears' bodyguard escorted the doctors from the Westwood-based medical center to her home in the posh, gated community of Summit Circle at approximately 2 p.m. They subsequently met with her for two hours before departing around 4 p.m.No word on the nature of the checkup. However Mark Vincent Kaplan, the attorney for the popster's ex-hubby Kevin Federline, told E! News last week that as part of her agreement to retain visitation rights with her kids, Spears is obligated to undergo "custody evaluation" by medical experts among other requirements.The "Toxic" singer's privileges were reinstated after a deal was hammered out between Federline's camp and lawyers for Luce Forward, the law firm which is handling Britney's temporary conservatorship for her dad, Jamie Spears. A court awarded the elder Spears the conservatorship on Jan. 31, giving him control over her assets on the very same day his 26-year-old daughter was forcibly admitted to UCLA's psych ward on a 5150 hold. So it was a welcome change of pace on Saturday when the head doctors came to visit the pop star in the privacy of her own home.OK! has confirmed the identity of the two psychiatric professionals — one a court-appointed psychiatric evaluator and the other a doc from UCLA Medical Center, where Brit was treated during the most recent of her hospitalizations.Thankfully, this was no sort of mental or medical emergency, but a pre-scheduled visit that is being done as part of both Britney's ongoing custody battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline and also the court's investigation as to whether or not the conservatorship should continue.The judge in the conservatorship case has ordered a full medical and psychological evaluation to determine the singer's ability to reasonably care for her own medical and financial affairs. This evaluation will play a crucial role in the judge's decision on how long, if at all, to extend the existing conservatorship orders.In the custody case, this psychiatric evaluation is one of a series of several court-ordered probes into the individual parent's parental skills. In addition to the psych evaluation, both Brit and K-Fed will be reviewed on how they behave with the children on their own, how they behave together in front of the children and their lives when the children are not present. Daddy Spears has been so busy keeping Britney on lock down, he's forgotten to get her peeps on check. Britney is more than two weeks late in paying her $35,000 a month mortgage for her Malibu mansion. On Jamie's behalf, he's actually not responsible for the missed payment, her financial peeps are the ones who messed up. Unlike Michael Jackson, Britney can still afford to pay the bills so this mess should get cleared up quicker than you can say, "Let's go to Starbucks y'all!"
