The two seemed to be having fun together and Kathy wanted to know what all of the frenzy was really about with photographers swarming them. Lucky Kathy even got to ride in Adnan's grey Mercedes. Adnan spent some time on the D-List today with Kathy Griffin while shopping in Beverly Hills. We can hear the blogs already, ‘Adnan stretches his 15 minutes another 15 seconds’ or ‘Adnan’s desperate attempt to stay in the public eye’ and we could go on. The truth of the matter is, Kathy, who admittedly is the consummate D-lister, wanted to see first hand what it would be like to stir up a paparazzi frenzy and the resulting aftermath. Of course, Adnan always manages to stir up the paps, even if the other blogs won’t admit it, it got a bit crazy. Check out the video later.

Alli Sims: Britney Is Doing Good

It’s been a while since we've seen Alli Sims with her famous cousin, Britney Spears. Ever since papa Spears came into the picture, Alli has basically been MIA from Brit's life. Hollyscoop caught up with Alli last night at the Kritik clothing bash at Lisa Kline where she talked to us about her upcoming album, which she says will have a country edge, and cousin of course her cousin Brit.
When asked if there will be an Alli/Britney duet she told Hollyscoop, "I don’t know you never know about anything like that." She continued, “I am just glad to see that she’s doing good right now and I think that’s all she really needs to concentrate right now is her boys and stuff like that, they are so cute and they are getting so big." When asked if she's been in contact with the boys she said, “I haven’t seen them in awhile but I saw pictures, they are big…they are big boys now, they are not babies.”
So has Alli's world been dull since Britney's life stopped being so chaotic? Not at all, she said it's good to see Britney getting her life back on track. Agreed!

Exclusive: Neil Patrick Harris clarifies his Britney Spears remarks

In an exclusive statement, Neil Patrick Harris responds to the Associated Press article that suggested he would like Britney Spears banned from the set of his CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. "It seems that yesterday a writer took some quotes of mine and speculated an opinion about their intent. I write to you to set the record straight," the actor says. "Britney did a great job on the show. She really did. In fact, we are all hoping that she returns rather soon to reprise her role as Abby."
Spears guest starred as a lovestruck receptionist on the March 24 episode, which earned the series' highest ratings in the 18-49 demographic in its three seasons on the air. The appearance also garnered remarkably strong reviews for the troubled pop star. In the AP story, however, Harris was quoted as saying, "I'm in the minority that our show does not need stunt casting in order to succeed.... I worry that if they start Will & Grace-ing us too much, that the show will suffer." Now he tells EW.com that he would welcome Spears back — because he has "great faith" in the show's producers and writers. He also says, "My job description is to act, and I should really do just that."
The AP, meanwhile, stands by its story. "I respect his right to change his stance," says AP entertainment editor Jesse Washington, "but...Neil Patrick Harris told us unequivocally that he did not believe that Britney should be on the show

In their zeal to protect their client from the paps, they actually pressed the pop princess up against a wall, eliciting a shriek of sincere surprise - jeez, guys, when are you going to be more careful with Britney?Once inside, however, it was business as usual, and Britney emerged after a little while freshly brushed up. Every time Britney Spears goes shopping it turns into a media circus, so it makes sense that the pop diva would be shopping her own life for a television show. Word is her manager has been trying to get the networks to start up a new series focusing on the day-to-day doings of the head-shaving, hoo-ha-flashing, fake-British-accent-talking, wig-wearing Britney Spears. It would be an easy way to cash in while Spears attempts to make a comeback, her manager has said. And Britney herself is behind the idea. “She believes a reality show is a no-brainer. She can be herself and not have to study lines,” a source told the National Enquirer. “Several production companies are interested in a Britney reality show and are willing to pay her millions.”There’s no word on how Kevin Federline feels about the show, but considering K-Fed’s got custody of the kids, it doesn’t matter much.
