The pair went on a double-date with Brit's brother Bryan and his girlfriend to Britney's favorite, Shu sushi at the Glen Center mall.
Don't forget -- Bryan, 30 years old, was named as trustee of Brit's trust. Maybe they were all discussing money over California Rolls?
