Britney Spears frantically sent her boyfriend 100 text messages a day, his secret lover has claimed.The singer – who has an on/off relationship with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib – was terrified he was cheating on her so constantly bombarded him with calls and messages.Amanda Pagel – who claims she slept with Adnan for three months behind Britney’s back – said: “Britney used to call all the time when he was at mine.
