Britney returned to the dance studio last night -- and afterwards, got an evening visit from pap boytoy Adnan Ghalib!TMZ caught Spears leaving Millennium Dance Complex after a two-and-a-half hour session, and then watched Britster riding shotgun in her chauffeured SUV. A few hours later Adnan was spotted rolling up to Summit, and gave up a few shots to his pap brethren before heading in.
