Photographer Steven Klein Wants to Work with Britney Again

Famous photographer STEVEN KLEIN was interviewed by Luxsemburg TV entertainment channel. He said he will really like to work with Britney.
He said he worked with her in the past but she didn't intrested him at all, but now he wants to make a call and do a photoshoot with her.

Photos have finally surfaced of Britney Spears on the set of How I Met Your Mother, but it seems the salesgirls at Nanette Lepore’s shop on Melrose Avenue got the first sneak peek.E! News has learned Spears’ stylist pulled all the clothes Brit wore for her part as the sexy receptionist Abby from Lepore’s WeHo shop.
Spears loved the outfits and happily posed, making funny faces for photos while wearing all the clothes, which the stylist then shared with the staff at the store.But Brit didn’t just fall in love with her costumes: The rebounding star, who will make her network-TV return March 24, bought the pants off her costars' backsides.The cast of the hit CBS show has long been fans of Paige Premium Denim, and apparently, Brit’s now a convert, too, ordering at least four pairs, sources tell E! Did Sam Steal Britney's Swag?

Sam Lutfi's restraining order expires today, and the judge is expected to extend the order for another 30 days. But Britney Spears' confidante reportedly does not plan on fighting the extension. One possible reason? It has apparently come to the attention of father Jamie Spears that Sam may have shanghaied expensive gifts that were originally meant for Britney.
"We are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise that was only intended for Britney, and given to Sam in good faith to be given to her," a source tells PageSix.com. "She was completely unaware that he accepted very expensive jewelry, fur coats, and other high-end goods that were never given to her. Britney claims she was completely unaware, and Sam had kept the goods and given some of them to his sister."
Michael Sands, Sam Lutfi's spokesperson, tells us that, "Britney was aware of the merchandise, and if she didn't want it, Sam donated it to charity."

Brit's Dad Selling Her Rides From Under Her

Britney's conservators won a motion today when the judge authorized them to sell some of Brit's cars. Thank God someone is trying to get her off the road!
Andrew Wallet, one of the co-conservators, made the request in court. Brit's attorney, Samuel Ingham, had no objection to the request. The exact make and models of the cars to be sold was not discussed in court.The judge also -- as TMZ reported yesterday -- extended the restraining order against Sam Lutfi until April 16. Under the existing order, which would have expired today, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all.

So we just read the order forcing Britney to pay $375,000 for K-Daddy's legal bill. Here's what jumped out at us.
In the order issued by Commish Scott Gordon, he notes that disso queen Laura Wasser charged Brit $164,972 in legal fees. Remember, Wasser handled the case for 10 months. She's the one who handled the divorce and fought for joint custody and dealt with Brit during the meltdown.After Wasser quit, Brit hired Trope and Trope to rep her. On Trope's watch, Brit lost custody and visitation. Their bill for five months? $685,985.22 (the 22 cents is a killer). In fairness, Brit's craziness made it impossible for the Commish to do anything but strip her of custody. But seriously, $685,985.22???!!!So what did Shakespeare say again?

Kaplan Scores -- Brit Must Pay Up

Britney has just been ordered to pay Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Daddy's lawyer, $375,000 in lawyer's fees.Kaplan was asking for a cool half mil over a four month period in the custody fight. Commish Scott Gordon had initially ordered Brit to pay Federleze's "reasonable" attorney's fees. Brit's lawyer said the fees were outrageous and the judge knocked it down some, but Kaplan now is deep in the green.

FIRST LOOK: See Britney on How I Met Your Mother

Britney's back at work! And PEOPLE.com has your first look at Spears during her appearance on CBS's How I Met Your Mother. In the episode airing March 24, the pop star plays a receptionist at a dermatologist's office, and she falls for one of the show's main characters, played by Josh Radnor (pictured).
Spears wrapped two days of filming last week, receiving praise from the show's cast. "She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great," cast member Jason Segal said.

Stay Away…Forever!

No one is quite sure why, but….
Osama Lutfi has voluntarily agreed to stay away from Britney Spears for at least another month, delaying a hearing that could have made the restraining order against him permanent.
Lutfi and Spears' conservators agreed to have the restraining order extended for 30 days, said an inside source who declined to be named because the agreement had not been formally approved.
A judge is expected to approve it today.
Lufti and BritBrit's people would not comment on this recent development.
"There is an agreement between Sam Lutfi and the conservatorship for the next 30 days," says Lutfi's rep. "Both parties are happy and will continue to work together to further resolve any issues that may have come up in the past."
Britney is doing SO MUCH better now that Shady is out of the picture. We hope he stays gone!

Kevin Federline is taking a break from being a professional party host to open a restaurant with his ex father in law, Jamie Spears. Brit's dad and her ex have reportedly agreed to take over Mexican restaurant Casa Cordobes in Los Angeles. A source told The Mirror: "The restaurant has been a favorite of Kevin's for a while. He ate there with Britney. Now the owner wants to retire, he really wants to run it. "Kevin and Jamie get along well nowadays and Jamie is keen to get back into the restaurant game. He still works as a private caterer, so he's excited at the chance." Hmm...let's take a wild guess as to who's going to fund this little investment.

Sam Lutfi Agrees to Steer Clear of Britney for One More Month

Britney Spears's former confidante, Sam Lutfi, has agreed to stay away from the singer for an additional month, PEOPLE has learned. The temporary restraining order placed against him last month was set to expire Monday. It appears the deal was struck as a way of warding off a courtroom confrontation with Spears's parents. (The court is expected to approve the extension.) Spears's mother, Lynne, previously accused Lutfi of drugging and verbally abusing her daughter. (Los Angeles police have said they are considering the claims.) Based on evidence presented in court, a restraining order can be extended for up to five years, legal experts say. "In order to have a restraining order dropped, Lutfi would have to convince the judge that all the evidence against him being a threat to the family is wrong," says L.A. family lawyer Scott Weston, who is not involved in the case. Meanwhile, Spears, 26, appears to be getting back on track – thanks, in part, to dad Jamie's controlling influence. She recently filmed a guest appearance on CBS's How I Met Your Mother and is now allowed multiple monitored visits with her two sons – Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1 – each week, says a source close to the case. The source adds that those visits – agreed to by her ex, Kevin Federline, without the court's involvement – would likely increase over time.

Sam Lutfi Agrees to Longer Britney Break

Looks like Sam Lutfi isn't angling to spend spring break with Britney Spears.
The pop star's ex-manager and once-constant companion has agreed to stay away from her for another month per the terms of a temporary restraining order currently in place against him, E! News confirmed Sunday.
So instead of lawyers for the two sides reconvening in court Monday to discuss the Spears family's wish to make the restraining order permanent, a judge is expected to sign off on the extension that will keep Lutfi at least 250 yards away from Britney and her property for another 30 days. The case will be readdressed when that time is up.
A court commissioner granted the restraining order Feb. 1, but Lutfi wasn't served until two weeks later after he managed to duck process servers by holing up in his Los Angeles apartment.
A source also tells E! News that Jamie Spears, who has been overseeing Britney's estate since Feb. 1 and is supposedly keeping close track of who his daughter comes in contact with, has allowed close pal Alli Sims back into the fold—so long as she cut ties with Lutfi, which she apparently agreed to do.
"[Britney and Sims] text all the time," the source said. "Jamie is okay with it."

Lawyer Jon Eardley To Challenge Spears Ruling

Lawyer Jon Eardley who claims he represents Ms Spears has contested a court ruling that allow her father James to control of her assets and estate until July.
Jon Eardley, has filed the appeal with the Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the singer was not given the required notice as stated by law, when the "conservatorship" was granted, Conservatorship is granted in cases where a person cannot look after their own affairs.
Eardley claims the "five-day notice requirement" was been dispensed without "legitimate grounds", according to the papers presented to the court.
In February a California state court granted a temporary conservatorship order to Britney Spears father James along with lawyer Andrew Wallet.
In previous court filings by telephone Mr Eardley claimed he was employed by Ms Spears , though the federal judge hearing the case said Eardley could not work for the singer because at the time Eardleys claims he was hired, Ms Spears did not have the authority to take him on.
The court stated Mr Spears and Mr Wallet were the only two people who had the authority to employ lawyers on her behalf.
Despite the singer's personal crisis, a third single from her 2007 album, Blackout, is to be released.

Britney’s Surprise Dinner Companion: Mel Gibson

On Saturday Britney Spears started the day with another visit from her sons Preston and Jayden, and ended the evening at a Russian restaurant for a dinner meeting with Mel Gibson. The actor and the pop star – once neighbors in an exclusive Malibu community – were part of a two-hour group dinner at the Romanov restaurant in Studio City on Saturday. "It was exciting to have both of them here together," says one restaurant source. "We heard they hit it off and that Britney seemed excited." Clad in jeans, a green top and boots and chewing gum, Spears arrived at the Romanov restaurant with her friend Victoria. Gibson, accompanied by a few friends, soon joined them in the restaurant's private dining room, which features a 24-karat gold leaf ceiling, an ornate fireplace and a library stocked with such works as Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace. For two hours the group dined on filet mignon and Russian specialties, and drank water and soft drinks. Leaving the restaurant for her Studio City home around 8:15, Spears "looked happy," says an observer, "so it seems the meeting was a success."

TMZ has learned Mel Gibson and his family have very privately befriended Britney Spears to help her through her troubles.
The two were at Romanov Restaurant and Lounge in L.A. last night and according to one report they broke bread together. Our sources say Gibson, his wife Robin and their kids reached out to Britney during her darkest days and began seeing her.We're told Mel and Robin feel like they know how tough it is to live in a fishbowl and they think they can help the Britster. There have been private dinners in which Mel, Robin and their brood have hooked up with Brit to give her support. At Romanov's last night, Mel and Brit did not walk in or out together. Looks like Mr. Mel, unlike lots of other celebs, isn't into splashing his good deeds in the media. Nice.

Early Saturday evening, stashed away in the back of her father's Escalade, Britney Spears snuck out of her gated Studio City community to grab a bite to eat, not with her family or Adnan Ghalib or even — heaven forbid — Sam Lutfi, but with none other than Oscar-winning director, actor and producer Mel Gibson.The pair met for a meal at nearby Romanov Restaurant and Lounge on Ventura Blvd., where they dined on some high-priced Russian eats for around two hours.So what is the connection between these unlikely dinner pals? The most likely culprit is super-powered L.A. attorney Blair Berk, who not only counts Brit's dad Jamie Spears as a client, but who infamously saved Mel from drowning in hot legal water after his 2006 DUI arrest.Could the two have been discussing an upcoming project?
