We were starting to think this whole Jamie Lynn Spears pregnancy thing was just a figment of her imagination (or a way to earn a quick buck) but the real-life Juno has finally started to show signs of life — in her tummy. An itty-bitty baby bump poked through her Homecoming '06-'07 tee yesterday while she watched a local baseball game in Louisiana. Perhaps Jamie Lynn was there in an official capacity — like giving the players some tips, since she knows a few things about rounding third.
