But the singer/actress, who turns 17 tomorrow, also has a protective mother. While Lynne Spears wasn’t able to keep her teenage daughter from getting knocked up, she wants to make sure that her grandchild will be well provided for. That said, Lynne has insisted that Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge sign a prenuptial contract before they get hitched. Jamie’s mom wants to protect the fortune amassed by the star of “Zoey 101”. According to In Touch magazine, the prenup has been written and ready for execution. An insider said, “Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants — as long as Casey signs the contract.” Seems Lynne doesn’t entirely trust Casey, accusing the 18-year-old of being less committed to the relationship than her daughter. In light of recent rumors that he’s cheated, Momma Spears is keeping a close watch on her future son-in-law. Jamie Lynn Spears’ mother is most likely trying to make up for previous mistakes made by older sister Britney Spears. Brit’s ex Kevin Federline earned millions from the pop diva after their divorce. He also gained custody of their two children.
